Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 beef ribeye steaks
- 2 perch fillets
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape while baking.

2. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

3. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the fish and meat. Season the salmon fillets, beef ribeye steaks, and perch fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

4. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle some olive oil onto the pan and place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the pan and set aside.

5. In the same pan, cook the beef ribeye steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your preference. Once cooked, remove from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

6. Lastly, cook the perch fillets in the same pan for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the pan and set aside.

7. Once the potatoes are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh to create a hollow space for the toppings.

8. Fill each potato half with a piece of cooked salmon, beef ribeye, and perch fillet. You can also add any additional herbs or seasonings at this point.

9. Place the filled potato halves back in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, just to warm everything through.

10. Serve the Surf and Turf with Potatoes hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy this delicious and satisfying dish!
