Make Surf and Turf with Potatoes

Recipe Name: Surf and Turf with Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 beef ribeye steaks
- 2 perch fillets
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme) for garnish (optional)

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Prick the potatoes with a fork a few times and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 45-60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.

2. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the fish and meat. Season the salmon fillets, beef ribeye steaks, and perch fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the skin is crispy and the flesh is cooked through. Remove the salmon fillets from the skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed, and sear the beef ribeye steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your preference. Once cooked, remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.

5. In a separate skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat and add the perch fillets. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove the perch fillets from the skillet and set aside.

6. Once the potatoes are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh to create a well in the center.

7. To serve, place a salmon fillet, beef ribeye steak, and perch fillet on each plate. Add a potato half to each plate and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

8. Enjoy your delicious Surf and Turf with Potatoes!

Note: Feel free to customize this recipe by adding your favorite seasonings or sauces to the fish and meat. Additionally, you can serve this dish with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
