Make Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon
Recipe Name: Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the sweet chili sauce mixture over the top of each fillet.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
6. Serve the sweet chili glazed salmon hot with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
