Recipe Name: Sweet Potato and Onion Frittata

Ingredients:
- 1 small sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a skillet, sauté the diced sweet potato and sliced onion with a little oil over medium heat until they are softened, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the cooked sweet potato and onion in the skillet.
5. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
