Make Taco Breakfast Bowls

Taco Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients:

- 8 small taco shells
- 4 ounces of jamón, diced
- 4 ounces of queso, grated
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden.

3. In a medium skillet, heat jamón over medium heat until lightly browned.

4. Add queso and stir until melted.

5. Crack eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

6. Cook until eggs are cooked through.

7. To assemble, divide egg mixture among taco shells.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!
