Taco Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 cup cooked rice
-1 cup cooked chicken, diced
-1/2 cup cooked pasta
-1/2 cup diced onion
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1/2 cup canned vegetables, drained
-1/2 cup diced ham
-1/2 cup diced potato
-1/2 cup canned baked beans
-1/2 cup canned green beans
-1/2 cup canned tuna
-1/2 cup canned ham
-1/2 cup vegetable soup
-1/2 cup chicken stock mix
-1 tablespoon sugar
-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 cup instant noodles
-1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
-1/2 teaspoon dried herbs
-1 tablespoon mirin
-1 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 teaspoon MSG
-1/4 cup milk
-2 tablespoons ketchup
-1 tablespoon mustard
-1 tablespoon taco sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken, pasta, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, canned vegetables, ham, potato, baked beans, canned green beans, canned tuna, canned ham, vegetable soup, chicken stock mix, sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, instant noodles, old bay, herbs, mirin, paprika, MSG, milk, ketchup, mustard, and taco sauce. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is cooked through.
5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
