Taco Salad
Ingredients:
-1 lb. ground beef
-1 onion, chopped
-1 can tomato paste
-1 can beans, drained and rinsed
-2 cups mixed greens
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it is browned and cooked through.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the tomato paste and beans and stir to combine.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Place the mixed greens in a large bowl and top with the beef and bean mixture.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
