Tagliatelle with Mozzarella and Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces tagliatelle
- 8 ounces mozzarella, cubed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the tagliatelle to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the cubed mozzarella and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. When the tagliatelle is done cooking, drain and add to the skillet with the tomatoes and mozzarella.
7. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute.
8. Serve the tagliatelle with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes warm. Enjoy!
