Tahu Goreng Kecap Manis

Ingredients:

-1 block of tahu, cut into cubes
-2 tablespoons of kecap manis
-1 teaspoon of penyedap rasa
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon of terasi
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-1/2 cup of water

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tahu cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the kecap manis, penyedap rasa, garlic, terasi, salt, sugar, and water.

3. Pour the mixture over the tahu cubes and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve the tahu goreng kecap manis warm. Enjoy!
