Tamarind-Lime Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

-2 tablespoons tamarind paste
-2 tablespoons lime juice
-2 tablespoons brown sugar
-1 teaspoon chilli powder
-1 teaspoon turmeric
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon grated ginger
-4 salmon fillets
-1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a small bowl, mix together tamarind paste, lime juice, brown sugar, chilli powder, turmeric, garlic, and ginger.

3. Place salmon fillets in a greased baking dish.

4. Spread the tamarind-lime mixture over the salmon fillets.

5. Sprinkle paprika over the top of the salmon.

6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

7. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
