Tandoori Tofu and Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:

-1 block of extra firm tofu
-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
-2 tablespoons of tandoori masala
-1 teaspoon of garam masala
-1 teaspoon of ground cumin
-1 teaspoon of ground coriander
-1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of ground ginger
-1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Cut the tofu into cubes and place in a large bowl.

3. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and add to the bowl with the tofu.

4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, tandoori masala, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic powder, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

5. Pour the yogurt mixture over the tofu and chicken and mix until everything is evenly coated.

6. Thread the tofu and chicken cubes onto skewers.

7. Place the skewers onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

8. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
