Tangerina Banana Apple Omelet

Ingredients:

- 2 tangerines, peeled and diced
- 1 banana, peeled and diced
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs until they are light and fluffy.

2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt.

3. Add the diced tangerines, banana, and apple to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve warm and enjoy!
