Tangerine Apple Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tangerines, peeled and diced
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, and diced tangerines and apples.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
