Make Tapioca Chicken Pasta

Tapioca Chicken Pasta


-1 egg
-1/4 cup tapioca flour
-1/2 cup cooked pasta
-1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 cup diced onion
-1/4 cup diced bell pepper
-1/4 cup diced celery
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/2 teaspoon dried basil
-Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and tapioca flour until a thick paste forms.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic and sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the egg and tapioca paste to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until the egg is cooked through and the mixture is thickened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Serve the tapioca chicken pasta warm. Enjoy!
