Tapioca Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

-1 egg
-1/4 cup tapioca starch
-1/2 cup cooked pasta
-1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
-1/4 cup olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and tapioca starch until combined.

2. Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the egg mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Add the pasta and chicken mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the pasta is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
