Recipe: Tartar de Salmón y Aguacate

Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh salmon, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon, diced avocados, chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.
2. Drizzle the lime juice and olive oil over the mixture.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
6. Serve the salmon and avocado tartar chilled with tortilla chips or crackers on the side.
