Make Tavuk Pilavı (Chicken Pilaf)

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water or chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan, season with salt and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Add the rice to the pan and stir to coat the rice with the oil and juices from the chicken.
5. Pour in the water or chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover the pan with a lid.
6. Let the pilaf simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
7. Fluff the pilaf with a fork before serving.
