Make Tavuklu Kaşarlı Fırın Tavuk

Recipe Name: Tavuklu Kaşarlı Fırın Tavuk

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Salt, to taste
- 200g shredded kaşar cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
3. Add the chicken breast cubes to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink.
4. Add the sliced bell pepper and diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Season the mixture with salt to taste and stir well.
6. Transfer the chicken and vegetable mixture to a baking dish.
7. Sprinkle the shredded kaşar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.
8. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
