Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients:

- 4 chicken thigh fillets
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place chicken thigh fillets in a baking dish.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, cayenne pepper, and thyme.

4. Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the chicken.

5. Place mushrooms and broccoli florets around the chicken in the baking dish.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

7. Serve and enjoy!
