Teriyaki Chicken and Fish Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 fish fillets
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups cooked rice sticks
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place chicken breasts and fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and fish is flaky.

3. Meanwhile, cook brown rice and rice sticks according to package instructions.

4. Heat frozen mixed vegetables in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.

5. To assemble the bowls, divide cooked brown rice, rice sticks, and vegetables among four bowls. Top with chicken and fish.

6. Garnish with shredded lettuce and serve. Enjoy!
