Make Teriyaki Chicken and Rice

Teriyaki Chicken and Rice

- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons of butter


1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the butter to the skillet and melt.

3. Add the chicken cubes to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the diced carrot and cook for another 2 minutes.

5. Add the hot sauce, soya sauce, and cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet.

7. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Serve the teriyaki chicken and rice warm. Enjoy!
