Teriyaki Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of white rice
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes, flipping once, until cooked through.
4. Add the diced onion and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add the soy sauce and stir to combine.
6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Serve the teriyaki chicken and onion over the cooked white rice. Enjoy!
