Make Teriyaki Chicken and Rice
Teriyaki Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and garlic.
3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
6. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
7. Place the cooked rice in a large bowl and add the spinach.
8. Cut the chicken into cubes and add to the bowl with the rice and spinach.
9. Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce over the chicken and rice and mix until everything is evenly coated.
10. Serve warm. Enjoy!
