Teriyaki Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
3. Add the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the chicken.
4. Add the diced tomatoes and onion and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
6. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
