Teriyaki Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken pieces. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
3. In a separate pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.
4. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and season with a pinch of salt.
5. Serve the teriyaki chicken over the cooked rice and enjoy!
