Teriyaki Chicken and Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
-1 cup uncooked white rice
-1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
-1 zucchini, sliced
-1 cup mushrooms, sliced
-3 tablespoons soya sauce
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the zucchini and mushrooms and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Add the soya sauce and stir to combine.
5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over the cooked rice. Enjoy!
