Teriyaki Chicken and Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups of cooked white rice

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Drizzle tahini over the chicken breasts and spread evenly.

4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine diced cucumber and teriyaki sauce.

6. Once chicken is cooked, cut into cubes and add to the cucumber and teriyaki sauce mixture.

7. Serve chicken and cucumber mixture over cooked white rice. Enjoy!
