Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry with Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken, diced
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Add the sliced banana to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until slightly caramelized.
7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce over everything.
8. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve the teriyaki chicken stir fry over the cooked rice.
