Make Teriyaki Fish and Rice Bowl

Teriyaki Fish and Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

-1 egg
-1 cup of cooked white rice
-1 fillet of white fish (such as cod or haddock)
-2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
-1 teaspoon of sesame oil
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of ground ginger
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the fish fillet in a baking dish and pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the top.

4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat the cooked white rice over medium heat.

6. In a small skillet, scramble the egg over medium heat until cooked through.

7. To assemble the bowl, divide the cooked rice between two bowls. Top each bowl with half of the cooked fish and half of the scrambled egg.

8. Drizzle with additional teriyaki sauce, if desired, and serve. Enjoy!
