Teriyaki Pasta with Broccoli, Beans, and Carrots
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 carrot, shredded
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the teriyaki sauce, broccoli, onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the canned tomatoes, beans, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.
5. Serve the teriyaki pasta with broccoli, beans, and carrots. Enjoy!
