Teriyaki Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 pound of meat (chicken, beef, pork, or tofu)
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
- 4 ounces of fish (salmon, tilapia, etc.)

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the meat and cook until it is browned and cooked through.

3. Add the vegetables and cook until they are tender.

4. Add the tomatoes, pepper, and salt and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

5. Add the cooked rice and mix everything together.

6. Add the fish and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

7. Serve the teriyaki rice bowl hot. Enjoy!
