Teriyaki Salmon and Chicken Ramen

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of uncooked white rice
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 packages of ramen noodles

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the onion and garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the rice, pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Simmer for 15 minutes.

6. Uncover the skillet and add the eggs and salmon. Stir to combine.

7. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through.

8. Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.

9. Serve the teriyaki salmon and chicken ramen with the cooked ramen noodles. Enjoy!
