Make Teriyaki Salmon and Chicken Ramen
Teriyaki Salmon and Chicken Ramen
Ingredients:
-1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
-1/2 cup cooked white rice
-2 eggs, lightly beaten
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 onion, diced
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-2 tablespoons oyster sauce
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1/2 lb salmon, cut into cubes
-2 packages ramen noodles
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the garlic, onion, and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
3. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cooked rice and stir to combine.
4. Add the beaten eggs and stir to combine.
5. Add the salmon cubes and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Add the ramen noodles and stir to combine.
7. Cook until the noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
