Teriyaki Salmon and Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 lb salmon fillet
- 1/2 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place salmon and chicken on a baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
4. Brush the mixture over the salmon and chicken.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
6. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat.
7. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
8. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
9. Add the cooked salmon and chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
10. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
