Make Teriyaki Salmon and Rice

Teriyaki Salmon and Rice

Ingredients:

-1 lb. salmon fillet
-2 cups cooked white rice
-1/2 cup frozen peas
-1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Place salmon fillet in a baking dish.

3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package instructions.

6. When the rice is finished cooking, add the frozen peas and stir to combine.

7. When the salmon is finished cooking, remove it from the oven and pour the teriyaki sauce over it.

8. Serve the salmon over the rice and peas. Enjoy!
