Teriyaki Salmon with Rice and Pasta

Ingredients:

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked pasta

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic, honey, onion, tomato, olive oil, teriyaki sauce, and hoisin sauce.

3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the top.

4. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

5. Meanwhile, cook the rice and pasta according to package instructions.

6. Serve the salmon over the cooked rice and pasta. Enjoy!
