Teriyaki Turkey and Veggies
Ingredients:
-1 lb. turkey breast, cut into cubes
-2 carrots, sliced
-2 cups green beans
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-2 tablespoons brown sugar
-1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine turkey cubes, carrots, and green beans.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, and stock.
4. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the turkey and vegetables and mix until everything is evenly coated.
5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
