Make Thai Basil Chicken

Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chili paste, garlic, and basil and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
