Thai Chicken and Prawn Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and prawns and cook, stirring occasionally, until the prawns are just cooked through, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper and stir to combine.
5. Cook for another minute, until the sauce is thickened.
6. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro.
7. Serve over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
