Thai Chicken Heart and Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients:

-1 pound chicken hearts, cleaned and cut into small pieces
-1/2 pound red mushrooms, sliced
-2 tablespoons peanut butter
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon ground ginger
-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken hearts and mushrooms and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the mushrooms are tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.

4. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.

5. Serve over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
