Thai Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon five spices powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 2 tablespoons thai fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup maizena
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup soybean
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti
- 1/2 cup cooked farfalle
- 1/2 cup cooked rice noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

3. Add the ginger powder, five spices powder, paprika powder, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 1 minute.

4. Add the honey, soya sauce, thai fish sauce, hoisin sauce, tomato puree, and tomato sauce. Stir to combine.

5. Add the maizena and stir until the sauce thickens.

6. Add the mushrooms and soybean and stir to combine.

7. Add the cooked rice, spaghetti, farfalle, and rice noodles. Stir to combine.

8. Add the chicken and stir to combine.

9. Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

10. Serve hot. Enjoy!
