Make Thai Chili Shrimp Quesadillas
Thai Chili Shrimp Quesadillas
Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 lb frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over it.
3. Top with the shrimp and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the Thai chili sauce.
4. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and the second tortilla.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
6. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
7. Remove from the skillet and cut into wedges.
8. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
9. Serve with additional Thai chili sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
