Thai-Style Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 400g minced chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon black soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions:
1. Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat.
2. Add the minced chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, black soy sauce, garlic, and chili flakes. Stir to combine.
4. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Serve over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
