Thai-Style Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 chillies, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 cup of fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions:

1. Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the cabbage, carrot, onion, chillies, garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are just tender.

3. Add the coriander leaves and stir-fry for another minute or two.

4. Serve the stir-fry hot with steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
