Make The Grilled Cheese from "Chef"

1. The Grilled Cheese from "Chef"

Ingredients:
2 slices of sourdough bread
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
4. Top with cheese slices and the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bottom slice is golden brown.
6. Flip the sandwich and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. Serve and enjoy!
