Thon Brocoli Piment Oignon Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the red pepper flakes, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the tuna and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil and stir to combine.
7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
