Make Thon Riz

Thon Riz

Ingredients:

-1 can of tuna
-1 cup of cooked white rice
-1/4 cup of diced onion
-1/4 cup of diced bell pepper
-1/4 cup of diced celery
-1/4 cup of diced carrots
-1/4 cup of diced mushrooms
-1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
-1/4 cup of white wine
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the tomatoes and white wine. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the tuna and cooked rice. Stir to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
