Tofu and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
-1 package of extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed
-2 bell peppers, seeded and sliced
-2 tablespoons of ketchup
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the tofu cubes and bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
4. Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu and bell peppers are cooked through.
5. Serve hot with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
