Mala Tofu Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

-1 package of extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed
-2 bell peppers, sliced
-1/4 cup mala sauce
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the cubed tofu and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the bell peppers and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Add the mala sauce and stir to combine.

5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
