Make Tofu and Egg Scramble
Tofu and Egg Scramble
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 block of firm tofu, crumbled
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the crumbled tofu and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and stir to combine with the tofu.
4. Pour the tomato sauce over the eggs and tofu and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
